Rodney Hubbard
Rodney Hubbard is the state director of Democrats for Education Reform – Missouri (DFER-Missouri). He served as Representative for the 58th District in St. Louis City from 2002 – 2008, serving on the Appropriations – Public Safety and Corrections , Workforce Development and Safety, and Corrections and State Institutions Committees. Rodney is a graduate of Lincoln University in Missouri.
